Why We Founded Top Tier

After being in several customer-facing roles and being customers themselves, our founders Rosslyn Sadia and Mutahi Wanjau realised that there was sometimes a disconnect between what organisations did internally and what customers were looking for and willing to pay for. They decided to use their customer service, quality and operations experience to help organisations align internal processes to customer needs by streamlining operations, while maintaining customer focus.
